It was a bright and brilliant morning, and before you could say Jack Robinson, we began our vlog about Drumming in Northern Suburbs.
The northern suburbs are officially part of the City of Tygerberg, formed from the union of the municipalities of Bellville, Durbanville, Goodwood and Parow. Mostly Afrikaans-speaking people live in the Northern Suburbs, and English-speaking people in the Southern Suburbs.
Northern Suburbs is crucial to Drumming in Cape Town. We also explored the sidewalk cafés, museums, city parks, and off the beaten attractions to capture the true sounds and colors of Drumming in Northern Suburbs.
It was a windy 20.5°C in Northern Suburbs. We checked into our Northern Suburbs Air B&B, and were off to GrandWest Casino and Entertainment World in Goodwood with a Fun Park, restaurants, hotels, live shows, comedians, and a casino. GrandWest is a very popular venue in Cape Town.
Anisha was lost in a fairytale at the V&A Waterfront. The V&A Waterfront is 123 hectares complex at the Cape Town Harbour that consist of many hotels, retail stores, walkways, restaurants, entertainment facilities, and the Two Oceans Aquarium.
Our video about Drumming Northern Suburbs, also had clips about Seal Island, the District Six Museum, Duiker Island, Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, Groot Constantia, Platteklip Gorge, and Company's Garden.
We just missed the 4 o’clock traffic, and stopped for some foodies at KFC – a Chicken Lunch Box. All dressed up and nowhere to go, Anisha edited the videos about Northern Suburbs.

The week was still a new puppy, and we were excited to shoot video at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Canal Walk Shopping Centre, Cape Quarter Lifestyle Village, Cavendish Square, Vangate Mall, and the Victoria Wharf Shopping Centre.
Other things to do in Cape Town include Table Mountain, Cape of Good Hope, Boulders Beach, Cape Peninsula, Robben Island, Cape Point, Lion's Head, Bo-Kaap and Castle of Good Hope.
